Guarantee Eligibility Requirements

This performance guarantee is an exclusive benefit for our Founding 100 members. Here's what you need to qualify:

  • Founding 100 Membership

    You must be one of the first 100 suppliers to join IWS. Once the Founding 100 program closes, this guarantee is no longer available.

  • Profile Completion Requirements

    Day 30: Profile must be at least 50% complete
    Day 60: Profile must be 100% complete with accurate product/service information, certifications, and contact details

  • IWS AI Connect Training

    Day 60: AI Connect must be 100% trained to enable optimal buyer matching

  • Account in Good Standing

    Must comply with all IWS terms and conditions and maintain account in good standing throughout the guarantee period.

  • Timely Request

    Between Day 335-365: You must contact IWS within the 30-day window prior to your annual renewal date to request the satisfaction guarantee extension.

What's Not Covered by the Guarantee

To ensure fairness, the guarantee excludes situations where suppliers don't hold up their end of the partnership:

  • Incomplete Profile or Untrained AI

    Profile must be 50% complete by Day 30 and 100% complete by Day 60. AI Connect must be 100% trained by Day 60. Failure to meet these milestones disqualifies you from the guarantee.

  • Policy Violations

    Accounts that violate IWS terms of service or are not in good standing (spam, false information, payment issues, etc.) are not eligible for guarantee claims.

Who is eligible for this guarantee?

How do I claim the 6-month extension?

You must contact our support team within the 30-day window before your annual renewal date (Days 335-365 of your membership). We'll review your account to confirm you met the active member requirements, then add 6 months to your membership at no charge. If you miss this window, the guarantee extension is no longer available.

What happens after the 18 months are up?

After your 18 total months (12 initial + 6 extension), your membership will be up for renewal at your locked-in founding member rate. You decide whether to continue based on the results you've seen.

Does the guarantee apply if I upgrade my plan?

No. When you upgrade to a higher plan, you receive a prorated refund for your remaining time on the current tier and pay the full annual price of the new tier. The satisfaction guarantee extension is not available after upgrading, since choosing to invest more in IWS demonstrates satisfaction with the platform's value.

What if I cancel before 12 months?

If you cancel before completing 12 months, you forfeit eligibility for the satisfaction guarantee extension. The guarantee only applies to members who complete the full 12-month period as active members.
