An Air Pillow is a packaging material used to fill boxes where there is void or head room still left in the container. Air Pillows replace “bubble pack” and other forms of dunnage materials that take up too much storage space. Machinery for the Air Pillow fill can produce the pillows in various sizes, length, width and height for the application at hand. Air Pillow machines are self contained and do not require outside air sources for filling and dispensing. They can be cycled to produce pillows automatically.
